The American Society of Media Photographers teams with The Center for Fine Art Photography

The Center for Fine Art Photography has announced a still photography competition in collaboration with the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP). ASMP Membership is required to enter the contest. The exhibition is open to all domestic and international professionals working with digital or traditional photography. Juried by independent curator Kirsten Rian, and prizes include cash awards and a feature presentation in CameraArts Magazine's Artists' ShowCase, an insert presented by the Center for Fine Art Photography. ASMP membership includes General, Associate (Emerging Associate, Student) and Affiliate Members. A public reception and artists' walk for the winners will be held June 6, 2008, and the exhibition will run through July 3, 2008. Deadline for entries is March 4, 2008.
